• Free Standard Shipping: Currently, as per our promotion, we are providing free shipping Australia wide to all our customers.

The delivery time for international sends coming from Australia can vary depending on the destination as per our delivery courier partner: 

New Zealand: 4-11 business day

Asia: 10-20 business day

United States: 10-20 business day

Canada: 10-20 business day

United Kingdom: 5-18 business day

EU: 5-20 business days

Rest of world*: 14-30 business days

As a general guideline, the product will be delivered between 9 - 30 days.

Order Tracking

Lost or Delayed Packages 

• If your package is delayed or lost during transit, please contact us at dev@itsapriling.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.


Customs and Duties (for international orders)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and duties fees imposed by their country.


Returns Due to Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the item.

Return Policy

April's Refund & Return Policy

Cancellations:

Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. We appreciate your understanding and are dedicated to ensuring a quick and seamless delivery experience.

Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on where to send your package. You can send the package with your preferred trackable shipping method within 5 days of receiving the return confirmation email. Please ensure the item is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit. Once shipped, kindly provide us with the tracking number or shipping confirmation.

Furthermore, items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, that the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost Packages:

For issues with delivery or tracking, the easiest and fastest way to get a resolution is to reach out to us at dev@itsapriling.com. Sometimes carriers will prematurely mark shipments as “delivered”, or need additional information from you to complete the delivery.

Estimated shipping time frames are calculated based on average shipping times. The timeline estimates are based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items purchased, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

No Restocking Fees Charged
No restocking fees will be charged to the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember, that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late & Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
