Can I place a phone order?
We currently accept orders only through our website to ensure secure transactions and accurate order processing.
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it enters our processing queue immediately. Due to the speed and efficiency of our order preparation, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been confirmed. How do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout in the "Gift card or discount code" field before payment. Please note, some discounts are automatically applied
Shipping & Delivery
Do you charge for shipping?
Standard shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over a specific value. Charges apply for international delivery.
How long will it take until I receive my jewellery?
All orders are processed within 1-3 days except custom or personalised orders. For Australian orders, standard delivery then takes 3-14 Days business days. The delivery time for international sends coming from Australia can vary depending on the destination as per our delivery courier partner:
- New Zealand: 4-11 business day
- Asia: 10-20 business day
- United States: 10-20 business day
- Canada: 10-20 business day
- United Kingdom: 5-18 business day
- EU: 5-20 business days
- Rest of world*: 14-30 business days
As a general guideline, the product will be delivered between 9 - 30 days.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Currently, we do not offer same-day delivery, but plese contact admin@itsapriling.com for faster delivery.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my order. What can I do?
Please contact us at admin@itsapriling.com and we’ll assist further.
How can I change my delivery address after I have ordered?
If your order hasn't shipped, email us at admin@itsapriling.com immediately with your order number and the updated address.
How much does international shipping cost?
We charge a $40.00 standard fee for international delivery. Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original packaging*. Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense. Please contact us at admin@itsapriling.com to initiate the process.
*Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items purchased, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Can I exchange my purchase for another size?
Yes, size exchanges are allowed within 14 days. Please contact us at admin@itsapriling.com to initiate the process. Additional shipping charges may apply.
What happens if I order the wrong size?
We offer size exchanges within 14 days. If the size you need is available, we’ll help you swap it. Contact us at admin@itsapriling.com.

Do you gift wrap your jewellery?
Yes, every order comes beautifully packaged, and gift wrapping is available upon request at checkout or sending an email to admin@itsapriling.com.
What is your jewellery made of?
Our pieces are crafted from high-quality materials including 925 sterling silver, 18K gold plated, and hypoallergenic stainless steel. Details are mentioned on each product page.
Is your jewellery waterproof?
While many of our pieces are water-resistant, we recommend removing jewellery before swimming or showering to maintain longevity.
Where is your jewellery made?
Our jewellery is curated from Australia and ethically made by skilled artisans both locally and internationally.
